Refunds and Returns Policy
We aim to provide high quality products and clear information to help customers make the right purchase. As many of our products are made to order and customised, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Customised Products
Most of our products are custom made according to the specifications provided by the customer. This may include custom colours, logos, names, numbers or other personalised details.
Because customised products are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold or reused. For this reason, customised items are non refundable and non returnable once production has started, except where the product is faulty or incorrect.
By placing an order for a customised product, you confirm that all details provided are correct and approved for production.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or does not match the approved order details, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:
- Clear photos of the item
- Order number and details
- A description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non Customised Products
For non customised products only, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
- Original packaging is intact
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Order Approval Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all order details before confirming a purchase. This includes sizes, colours, spellings, logos and any custom information provided.
Once an order has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Cancellations
Orders for customised products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
If you wish to cancel an order before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be processed if production has already started.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take several working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
